This person replies to accomodation ad and he/she is a scam. His reply email is like below :

I am interested but currently out of town for my project i'm also working on my flight arrangement and next project.My phone number  network is unstable out here i'll call as soon as i get good reception , text or email is better.I'll prefer to secure accommodation upon my arrival to ease my hectic schedule and also confirm i have a place to stay. How soon can i move in and do you have pictures?Rent plus utilities will be paid with a check in which you will deduct the rent and balance will be remitted to my Travelers Agent as regards of my flight schedule to be arranged so to make it easier please send your full name and address to ensure the check that'll cover rent and other expenses is sent to secure the place
