I am looking for roommate in 1BHK apartment ( I bathroom, I bedroom, 1 hall, very good security) , 730 sqft.
It is near downtown and university ( 1.5 mile) on West End Ave. Rent is $1350 ( overall).
SO it will be shared 50-50. Electricity and internet will be additional.
I do job (work from home basis) and rarely goes to office.
