Looking for a female housemate. I have a bedroom available in a two bedroom apartment. Rent $600+ half of utilities($60-$80 approx). Apartment is in West Nashville, right next to Nashville West Outdoor Mall and all basic grocery stores and restaurants. 10 mins drive to Vanderbilt and 18 drive to downtown, on the bus route as well. Interested folks should be pet friendly as I have a 7 month old puppy. Unfortunately, the landlord would not allow more pets but you are more than welcome to play with my pup.
