Community is very close to all stores. 5 mins Drive to Walmart, khols, kroger, sprout. 15 mins to Patel Bros and 20 min drive to downtown.
$$: Rent is $1500/month. Utilities are usually no more than $50. Trash and recycling is included.
Community: Playground, Gym and Swimming pool, two dogs are included.
It’s the best apartment community in this area and such a great location!!
