The rent is $800/room with utilities included(wifi, gas, water and sewer, electricity, washer/dryer). And also it is furnished with one queen bed and a two drawer dresser.

Its located less than 10 minutes from the Nashville airport and less than 4 minutes from Kroger, Walmart, Publix, Aldi, home depot, lowes and a ton of restaurants. Providence mall and grand ole opry mall are only 15 minutes from the house. Downtown Nashville is about 18 minutes from the house.
