Community is very close to all stores. 5 mins Drive to Walmart, Kohl's, Kroger, sprout. 15 mins to Patel Bros and 20 min drive to downtown.
$$: Rent is $1500/month. Utilities are usually around $60. Trash and recycling is included.
Community: Playground, Gym and Swimming pool, two dogs park are included.
