I am renting out a private furnished bed room and a bathroom in my single family home in Mount Juliet. This room is in the 2nd level and has complete privacy. This is a peaceful neighbourhood away from the hustle. We are ~15mins east of BNA airport and ~25mins easy of Nashville downtown.
No smoking in the house. Can you common areas like kitchen, upstairs loft with TV and a couch etc.
Suitable for students, working professionals, those requiring more privacy, who can keep it low most of the times and also clean up after yourselves.
