We have new born baby so we cannot shift family right way, we need at least two months, before that paying $ 1100  for me alone is not worth it. so let me get shared accommodation till then probably from Jan will sign the lease. Thanks anyways. 

@Eshwaran - 2BHK could cost around 1100$+/-. But that would be much comfortable & spacious compared to 1BHK or prob 2B 1Bath. If you are interested I can check with the apt folks asap.

@Arockia - Are you moving in with family or alone? Do you have any preferences (1BHK/ 2BHK). In Cherry Creek, 1BHK costed 975$ and 2BHK costed 1075$ and I went for the 2BHK as it was more spacious for the extra 100$.
Also just try to understand the distance from office location to Cherry Creek. Mine is in Midtown and 13 miles from Cherry creek.
