That's great. But make sure you ask them all the hidden charges, they charge for everything including parking spaces.

I researched and have shortlisted Preserve and Arbors at Brentwood. These communities seem good in terms of safety and locality, though I have no idea about the schools and I guess there are good number of Indians there. These communities are about 10-12 miles away from Franklin and Nashville downtown.

Hey Amit. I am still looking for information, but heard Brentwood and Franklin are couple of preferred locations. Will share as soon as I get more details.
