The apt is very well maintained with its own washer and dryer (you can save a good bit of money instead of going to laundromats). It's also in a gated community that requires a key code to access after 8PM. The highway is easily accessible, and all your groceries, YMCA, banks, and auto repair stores are all in a 2 mile radius.
