Hi Everyone,

I am looking for a 2 BR apartment in Nashville, and would like to know from your experiences if you can think of one that is pretty good and has least complaints... I have a family with two kids and am open to area 8-10 miles from Downtown..

Hi MP, 

The kids are not ready for school yet.. Rent is important too... I work at downtown and coolspring area is quite distant..But thanks for your input..

What is more important to you? Low Rent or good school district? Are the kids old enough to go to school?

Williamson County has the best school district >> Ashton Brook, Alara Cool Springs, Farm  Cool springs
Ashton Brook has the most value for money â€“ their apartment sizes are bigger but they also have a 99% occupancy rate
