Finally booked an apartment in Preserves. 1 B /1 B at 950 is a decent deal.Hopefully, there are few Indians there whom I can connect with !

brandywine is cheaper,its the only pros I would say than The preserves at brentwood. In preserves you get better apartments, better facilities, better society, the decor is nicer, gated society so more safer and secure.

I live in Preserves and would prefer it anyway over brandywine.

Brandywine is less expensive than Preserve with covered parking and plenty of Indians. Preserve is relatively nicer and well maintained. If price is important then I would go with Brandy or if the look and feel of the community is important then Preserve. 

P.S: Brandy is also a decent looking community but the apartment units are dated.
