This is a Town house having two rooms. One on the ground floor attached to kitchen and the other on the first floor. 

** The appartment is only 8 miles from Brentwood and 10 miles from Downtown.

** Direct to and fro bus service to Downtown from the appartment.

The apartment has following amenities:

** You are not required to sign the lease, and would be on month to month basis. Would prefer a person with long term stay.
