I and a couple of my friends have learnt from a "Courtnet Driving Lessons", by one Mr Rick. His number is +1.615.367.2842.

He charges $50 per hour, but if you are up for 6 lessons, he will charge you $45/hour. He will pick you up from where you are. He is a very patient, explains you everything.

He charges $100 for pick and drop to the final driving test at the DMV and will help you with everything.

They charge $50 per hour session... Few of my friends got Highway driving training from them... 
2 to 3 two hour classes will help you to learn driving.... They will pick u and drop you at your place..

Trust me spend $300 and its worth to learn driving from professionals rather then desi friends.....
