Hi All, we have our home ready to be occupied for 03 Months during our Visit to India from May to July, if your available even before that’s also fine.

The room would be fully available in mid May to mid June and Partially available (I.e. one bedroom would be My Husband occupied) and other bedroom would be free with attached bathroom etc. Room has all amenities from a 4K UHD TV internet sofa tables chairs heaters washer dryer wooden floors carpet mats and beds.

For May alone rent would be given in full or parts we can negotiate that and June July it will be evenly shared amongst the roomates.

Full rent is 2000 (with utilities + Internet + Electricity), if shared then 800 / 1000.
