H4 to h1b transfer Nashville, TN Desi Indian

Dear All, 

I will be travelling in July to Nashville from Bangalore on H4 with my husband. 
I want to continue working there by converting my H4 to H1b after few months. 
Guys kindly let me know what are the possibilities of this? Did any one of you succeeded in this ? Please reply. I need your suggestions.

It's not necessary to find an employer here in nashville, You just have to find one who can trasfer your visa anywhere from USA. 

It's not difficult to find one but at the same time you have to find right person.

You have lot of time so meanwhile build some contacts.

Is it possible to get an employer in Nashville? how difficult it is to find? I am a software engineer with almost 3 years of experience. Kindly share your experience in finding one there, which will help me and boost my confidence.

Hi sindhu,

You will be eligible to apply H1 visa in April 2015 and for this you need to find an employer.
