Hi All,

Looking for sublease from Nov 1st in Franklin Area, preferably in Ashton Brook, Alara or Farms at cool spring apartments. Any other apartments also fine.

Hi Padmanabhan, after 2 years it is mandatory. Till 2 years couples live in 1 BHK with their child/children.

Just curious. Do we have to mandatorily look for a 2BH incase of a kid. Is it a state law in TN?

Hi Swathi. I am living in Ashton Brook Apartment COmplex and I will be leaving for India on 31st October/1st November,2015.My Lease AGreement will continue to be till June,2016.
