Looking for a roommate to co-sign a lease in Brentwood, preferably a working professional. I’ve found a couple of places already that are 2 bed/2bath, and I’m looking for a responsible and decent person who keeps shared/common areas clean. Rent would be around $1,000 per person, including utilities. I’m also okay with joining a house/apartment if there is separate bath/bed
