Looking for a male roommate to share my 1-bedroom apartment.

You will have the private bedroom, and the bathroom will be shared. I'm comfortable staying in the living room.

The current monthly rent is $1,580, which includes all utilities except electricity. We can discuss how to split the rent and electricity bill.

My current lease is valid until January 2027.

If you're interested or would like more details about the apartment, location, or move-in date, please feel free to reach out. I'd be happy to discuss further
