I’m planning to extend my current lease and have a vacancy for 1 private bedroom in a 2-bed/2 bath apartment. The room has its own private bathroom.

Rent: $850+Electricity
Amenities: Gym, Pickleball and Tennis court, community center to host events
5-minute drive to Patel Brothers, Walmart, Planet Fitness, UPS, and other Indian restaurants.

The current lease term ends on Sept 9th. You can join the current lease from mid-July or August (room will be vacant from mid-July), but ideally looking for someone who can join the current lease as well as join extending it after Sep 9th.
