I am moving to Nashville and looking for a accommodation for 6 months.  Preferably in and near Cool springs.

Thanks for the update Amrita. I understand your apt is a 1BH. Do you have any idea if it is a state rule or Apt associate rule that a family with a kid needs to take up only a 2BH. I was earlier in NJ and used to occupy a 1BH with my wife and kid.

Yes Karthik. The rent is $1129.Water, sewage, etc. charge comes around $99-$120. Electricity charge comes near $45-$50.

Hi Karthik, I am living in Coolsprings area - Ashton Brook Apartment. I will be leaving for India on 31st Oct/1st Nov,2015. But, my lease agreement is till June,2016.
