Hi, I’m planning to move out of my apartment by the end of this month and I wanted to sublease my apartment which is at west end ave. The lease ends in January and can be renewed again. 
It’s a 2bed-2bath apartment with 1 bed occupied by my current roommate. Rent per person is $980.
I’m also willing to sell my furniture ( includes bed, Tv, study table, chair and vacuum cleaner with other essentials) at a reasonable price.
