I'm thinking of moving from New england area to Nashville area, I'm moving because of extreme cold weather back here.

Criteria's i'm looking for are Good schools, low crime rate, Indian community, proximity to hospitals,  good place to buy home..

In my research it shows Franklin area may be better than other areas surrounding Nashville, Any suggestion or guidance is appreciated.
