I found a few online - Grove at Shadow Green near to Franklin elementary school, Harpeth River Oaks apartment close to Moore Elementary, The Madison Franklin/Sussex Downs/The Whitney are near Johnson Elementary School. These are all in Franklin which is little far for me, and I am still looking for something near Brentwood. But thought of sharing if these information could help you.
