You may want to look at Grandeview apartments very near to Ganesh Temple (1.5 mile). I do know a family who is living in the same community and working for Vanderbilt. I have my apartment for sub-leasing if you are interested.

I m living in Oakwellfarm apartments,Hermitage and works in Downtown.Traffic is not always bad on highway.
If you interest u can visit my apartment leasing office.There is one month rent free or 500/- gift card deal is going on.

I am not staying in lexington apartments.I am staying in madison ridge lake apartments . These are located opposite to Lexington and commute is very easy to downtown anytime.Only thing is that you won't see lot of Indians like in Franklin or Brentwood apartments.

You may consider Cherry Creek Apartments / Canyon Ridge apartments in Hermitage, they are just very near to Summit Hospitals, and very secure as the police station near by, close to grocery stores as well..and have more indian families staying over there especially telugu people.

There is lexington apartments near Ganesh time or alara cool springs or alara brooks apartments ( These two apartments are 17 mi away from downtown). Lexington apartments near Ganesh temple is 11 mi away from downtown.
