I'm moving to Nashville in cpl weeks from LA with family. My kid goes to 3rd grade. Pls suggest on the following

1. What's Best school district and name of the school close to my work location (Brentwood,TN)

2. Decent apartment complex with a mix of Indian community preferably Telugu.
