Did anyone come across high apartment exit charges in Alara Cool Spring apartment?

I rented one BR apartment in Alara cool spring, and came out of a lease last week. Leasing company sent me a Kitchen Countertop Granite replacement charges of $2000, due to light stains on Granite.

Did anyone face this situation, I need advice
