Could someone help me with some basic info about this area.

How is the rent, utilities & electricity like in Franklin area? I'm considering to relocate here.

Please highlight any pros and cons. Appreciate your help.

I am staying near to Franklin cool springs area. 2bhk - 1300 - 1500, e bill - 60 -90, water 30-45, Patel brothers is with in 12 miles.

You can find better rent rates in outside 15 miles radius.
