If you want to stay in franklin, there are lots of indian families in all three alara apts with indian grocery store at a walking distance, let me know if you need help. 

we got the apartment for 609$, Hopefully you should be getting the apartment in between 600 to 700$... All apartments are of different cost based on phase... please check with them.
Regarding indian stores, we have patel brothers and Super walmart exactly 1.6miles from this place.

My option for you will be brandywine apartments. i see some indian families live in these apartments. From my side i am good with the facilities provided. We took 1BHK recently, if you are working some where near to grassmere park, then you can go for it.
However this is my suggestion and its your wish to choose one.
