Need your inputs in deciding my move to Nashville Nashville, TN Desi Indian

All,

Currently I am living in Beaverton OR. And got an oppurtunity to work in Nashville. When I compare these two cities, the crime rate is more than double in Nashville and weather risk too .. 

So I need your inputs based on your personal experiences, which can helpme in making my move decision.
