Yes. Alara cool springs and Ashton Brooks apts are good. Lot of indian families in those communities. 
These communities are very closer to Office buildings and shopping malls. Commute will be very less if you work in those companies in Franklin. Indian store is in walkable distance.

Yes. Lot of indians studying in those schools.

Estates at Brentwood is good.And its very near to Grocery stores and Interstate.

Very few Indians lives there because its so expensive compared to others.

Yes. You will find lot of Indian kids in Granberry elementary school.

We really need 3 bedoom Apt so cannot look into some of them.
We looked at Estates of brentwood and liked it. Any idea on that particular apt complex? Does it have a good indian community?

Also Sharda.. How is Granbery school? Are there atleast few indian kids in that school?

Brentwood station apartments are not expensive as compared to brandywine. Apartments are old. The only reason we are staying here because of good elementary school.  You can check the school rating online - Granbery Elementary school is rated 9/10. 

1. Preserve (Expensive)
2. Brandywine Apts (Old APts and cheaper than others)
3. Landings at Brentwood (Reasonable pricing but its in Franklin)
