I am looking for a roommate (Male), it is a bedroom with attached bath in a 2br/2bath apartment. The apartment is Stewart's Ferry apartments on the Stewart Ferry pike, about 15 mins away from downtown, and 5 mins away from the Airport. The rent is approximately around 650/person including utilities, electricity and Wi-Fi. Onsite Laundry included, and partially furnished with a bed. 
P.S-
The only condition is- we are looking for adding you as an add on roommate, which can be removed once you decide to leave. It is the apartment policy.
