Can you please confirm if the office asks any other documents other than below for passport:
1. Birth Certificate
2. Parent passport & Visa
3. Parent US ID card(Driving License)
4. Passport photos for baby(2)

Just checking because details in website are mostly for US parents. For Indians, there are additional documentation. Would the parent's marriage certificate also needs to be produced.

The following wilson county clerks office accepts walk ins. No appointments needed. its near lebanon outlets mall exit on I-40. I applied this month first week. always walk ins.
