Looking for a working professional in their mid 20s-30s to rent one private furnished bedroom (a gaming chair, work table and a queen mattress) in a 3 bedroom 3 bath townhouse in Brentwood.

- Flexible moving in date.
- Lease ends on March 31st 2021 with flexible lease renewal options (month-to-month/short terms...)
- Rent $850 including utilities
- Security deposit will be covered by me till the current lease ends
- Unfortunately, no pets please.
