HI, I am moving to Nashville, TN with my family this week and I signed a lease at The Overton Brentwood based on the availability. 

Is it a good place to live in?
Any things to be considered there?
Any Indian families living there?

No specific reasons.  I knew that place, i lived in preseve at brentwood for 5 years.  I will be surprised if u find indians in overton. Brandywine and preseve, players club full of indians.

Pls stay away from that apartments.  On edmonsonpike road 
Preserve at brentwood, players club, brandywine apts and arbors at brenwood and keystone apts are good. Stay away from
Overton.
