It is a smoke free apartment with new - carpeted vinyl flooring and windows covering living space, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator and freezer in kitchen as well as washer dryer service and high speed internet access. The apartment has a beautiful pool to sit down, relax, swim and read your favorite books. It is a quite place even favorable for work from home employees (Sometimes I work from home as well). Amount covers water, trash and sewage as well. Extra utilities involve internet and electricity which we will split together.
