About Me:
I am 36 years old Maharashtrian male originally from Mumbai, India. I am an IT Professional, and I work from home 100%. I am a non-vegetarian and non-smoker, and I drink occasionally. I am not a party person. I enjoy spending my evenings and weekends doing household chores, browsing, and watching TV.

About the Room:
My house has 4 beds and 2.5 baths. It is located in a nice new neighborhood in Spring Hill, TN-37174 (Harvest Point). There are major shopping places and restaurants within 5-7 miles. It is a private non-furnished room with an attached bathroom in an independent home. The living room is furnished, and the kitchen will be available for cooking. All the kitchen appliances and the washer/dryer are new. There is a covered two-car garage available for car parking. The rent for the room will be $1000 including utilities. There will be a $1000 refundable (30 days after the move-out day) security deposit to secure the room. Tenants must sign a month-to-month rental agreement and give a 30-day notice before vacating the room. The room is available for rent starting tomorrow.

Expectations from the Roommate:
Anyone interested in renting can use all of the home's common spaces. I expect the tenant to treat my home as their own home and keep it clean. I prefer a non-smoker. Overnight guests will be allowed with my consent only (which will be mentioned in the rental agreement).
