I am looking for a roommate. I live in Nashville downtown and its a one bed room apartment. Only living room is available with common restroom. Though it is living room it is having privacy. Currently I am doing monthly lease which will end by Aug 31st. Management is not doing monthly lease anymore after August. So I am planning to move out next month. Room is available only for one month and if you wish to continue you can transfer lease on your name and extend for 6 months.Your share of rent would be $405.
