Hi,
V r shifting to nashville, next month. Suggestions r required-
Firstly, i want to know is it ok to take 1bhk with 6yr old kid there.
Require sublease apartment or low price rent apartment in locations near to good elementary school. 
Suggest any fb / other buy & sell household items groups, that i can join.

Also regarding the accommodation...you can search in century providence mt.Juliet which is near to schools...I think you have to take a 2 bhk..or Arbours of Hermitage or Heron pointe(newly built) in Hermitage have also good options..the Trails apartment community is also good...

HEY THERE....

What is your budget range?? Nashville is growing like superfast so is the price of property and rent.

if you have a budget range within 1000$ , please try Fountains(whitebridge road) or West end Terrace (Whitebridge road) and few in Bellevue area such as Valley Ridge etc. these are very good locations and the neighbourhoods are pretty nice and easy.
