In Unit Washer/Dryer, easy access to I-40, Grocery stores, Indian community, neatly mainatined apartment community, quick responsive maintenance crue, and lot more. I am sure you will enjoy your stay at Grandeview. Please let me know if you/any of your friends interested in having a look at this unit. For sure you will get a better deal than what you may get from Grandeview Leasing office.

Lease I have signed in Sep 2012. So it will be till Sep 2013.

How long is the lease available. What floor level is the apartment. What is the price of apartment rent + water, trash etc and application fee, processing fee etc etc...
