Please note that the cost of Valet trash and water/sewer and utilities (internet, electricity) are not included. It's very near to Kroger, Publix, Aldi and 4 miles away from Costco, and Indian restaurants.
I’m also willing to sell my furniture ( includes King size Bed, 75" Samsung QLED Tv, Study table, Chair and Vacuum cleaner with other essentials) at a reasonable price.
