I am looking to Sublease my 1 Bed 1 Bath apartment from May last week/June 1st week through Aug 11 and can be extended later.

Apartment is in Brentwood Downs community in South Nashville in Edmondson Pike. Grocery Chains like Walmart, Publix, Kroger and many restaurants are in walking distance. Indian Grocery store is around 3 miles.

Total rent for the apartment is 1213 including Washer and Dryer, Xfinity 200 MBPS Wifi and Cable.
